Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Marine Parade. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards. This role leads, coaches, and schedules the store team to ensure outstanding customer experiences, efficient workflows, and consistent service levels. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, sets targets, and implements initiatives to drive revenue while managing costs and minimizing loss. The role also handles customer feedback, resolves escalated issues, and collaborates with regional management on promotions, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead teams, and coordinate with management.
• Proven Store Management experience in retail, including team leadership, scheduling, and operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including stock control and shrink reduction.
• Experience in fashion or apparel retail is preferred, with an eye for visual merchandising and styling.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic POS and retail systems.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and store presentation is essential.
• Diploma or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Salary Package:

SGD 4,000–4,200 basic salary + store sales commission + personal sales commission

(Outstanding candidates can negotiate for a higher basic salary)

Experience Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with some management experience
• Must be responsible for achieving sales performance targets
• Strong personal sales ability with top-ranking individual sales results
• Candidates with experience in benchmark brands such as UR / H&M are preferred

Other Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen or PR
• Able to communicate in both Chinese and English
