An established global luxury brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the reopening of a flagship boutique (scheduled for Q3 2026) in a prime retail location.
Client Development & Market Presence
- Build and grow a strong, loyal client base through personalised engagement strategies
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local luxury retail landscape
- Stay attuned to market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive store sales, productivity, and profitability against defined targets
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and implement action plans
- Optimise manpower planning, staffing levels, and cost efficiency
- Manage store P&L elements including expenses, stock, and margins
Retail Operations Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and safety standards
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Handle reporting, administrative duties, and performance tracking
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver strong sales results and service excellence
- Drive recruitment, training, and ongoing development of retail staff
- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture
- Ensure clear communication across store and management levels
Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock control and minimise inventory loss
- Ensure proper handling of stock movements and stockroom organisation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a store leadership role within a luxury retail environment
- Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Confident in communicating in English (role involves collaboration with regional stakeholders)
