  Oversee overall outlet operations and team management

  Manage staff scheduling, training and performance

  Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction

  Handle inventory control and cost management

  Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or above

• 2
  Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B supervisory/management experience

• 
  Strong customer service mindset and customer management skills

• 
  Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese

• 
  Strong leadership and execution skills
