Core Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the outlet, including room bookings, front desk check-ins, cleaning schedules, and maintenance of sound systems and equipment.
Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house (service staff, receptionists) and back-of-house teams to maintain high service standards.
Sales & Financial Performance: Drive sales by implementing marketing initiatives, managing promotions, and meeting revenue targets. Monitor daily cash flow and prepare financial reports.
Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Inventory & Supplier Management: Manage stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies manage supplier relationships and inventory audits.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, fire safety standards, and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Usually 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment management.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of POS systems and sound/lighting equipment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
