Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and maximise sales through strong customer engagement, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and selection of store team members
- Train, coach, and develop staff to consistently meet performance and service standards
- Plan, execute, and monitor store operational initiatives, including outbound events and sales networking activities
- Manage and control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and external services
- Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and physical stock management
- Identify, test, and implement workflow efficiency improvements, sharing best practices with peers and management
- Represent the organisation professionally when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Build, manage, and motivate a productive sales team to achieve strong sales results, maintain active customer pipelines, and deliver high customer satisfaction
- Actively acquire product and company knowledge and successfully complete required internal assessments
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, industry, or key account sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with retail store operations and systems
- Class 3 driving license with minimum 3 years of driving experience to test drive products with client.
