We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlets in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the team, ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, and support the business growth of the outlet.
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and supervise staff scheduling, performance, and training
Maintain high standards of customer service and food and beverage quality
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
Monitor sales performance and support business growth
Ensure proper management and control of alcoholic beverages and bar operations
Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage management
Experience handling alcoholic beverages or bar operations is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
