JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES . Monitor and achieve department performance and relevant KPIs. . Propose and implement action plans to improve results. . Contribute to the store sales target. . Provide regular business updates (sales trends, forecasts, competitor updates) to management. . Identify, develop and motivate the team to reflect the company vision and business goals. . Provide exceptional customer service. . Develop and strengthen the customer base through CRM activities. . Thorough knowledge of operational controls, stock handling, and inventory management. KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES . Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of retail sales experience with a passion for driving results. . Build strong relationships to deliver client-centric solutions. . Fluent in English with second language skills are desirable. . Be KPI and results-driven. . Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. . Have exceptional communication skills. . Have an excellent personal presentation.
