Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, accurate CAD/Vectorworks drawings, ensuring consistency across all projects. Assess site conditions and retailer requirements to support effective design solutions. Maintain an organized library of materials and keep specifications updated for clarity. Foster teamwork and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including shop-fitters and project managers. Produce quality technical build drawings tailored for skincare projects. Drive adjustments to retailer requirements as necessary to align with design objectives.
Requirements
- BA (HONS) in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution. 3 to 5 years of experience in retail design methodology, preferably with leading shop fitter or construction companies. Proficient in design software, including Adobe Suite, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp in a Mac environment. Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to rationalize design choices.
