Store cum Technician

Job Functions

Store cum Technician is responsible for managing the store including incoming, outgoing of shipments, products, parts and maintaining an up-to-date stock positions, and provide quality control of all products including servicing, repair and testing of new products prior delivery.

Skills Required:

Possess O levels or ITE or Poly Diploma but preference shall be given to those with store and product servicing experience.

1. Possess the ability to multi-tasking in maintaining store, quality control of all the products and including servicing, repairing and testing of new products prior delivery.

2. Possess good communication skills with sales force and account department on day-to-day activities

3. Highly self-motivated, discipline, and ambitious in achieving goals and targets.

4. Possess the ability to maintain and upkeep store parts and records.

5. Possess the capability to maintain a clean, safe store and workplace.

6. Possess class 3 driving license.

7. Working with the Accounts department to update inventory on a monthly basis.

Duties and Job Scopes:

1. Servicing, repairing, testing and QC all new products prior delivery.

2. Responsible to day- to-day functions of the store.

3. Accountable to all products and parts in the store.

4. Keeping and updating all inventories and provide a monthly end stock position

5. Practising good housekeeping in managing the store.

6. Loading and unloading, checking and inspection of incoming shipments.

7. Responsible to ensure high standards of quality of all the products.

8. Practice good quality management to minimize rejection rate to new customers

9. To prepare products and parts according to the schedule given by office staff on the timely fashion.

10. Must be willing to provide support to cover filter delivery and repairing jobs in the field in case of needs.
