Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-the-job coaching and training on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty consultation, and makeup application.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate team performance and provide personalized feedback.
  • Assess individual learning needs and tailor coaching to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Lead group workshops for product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
  • Set and monitor sales targets to drive team motivation and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support collaboration and successful event execution.
  • Plan and oversee in-store events to increase customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including tracking sales data, reporting progress, handling budgets, and addressing brand app and customer inquiries.
