Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by assisting in inventory verification, updating records, conducting stock counts, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Supervisor by physically checking received, issued, and dispatched goods to verify quantities and conditions accurately
- Update inventory data and records in the system to maintain accurate stock information
- Pick and pack stocks efficiently to prepare orders for dispatch
- Assist in stock counts and cycle counts to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Perform housekeeping of warehouse premises following 5S standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment
- Carry out other duties assigned by immediate superior to support warehouse operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to read and write English to communicate and record inventory data
- Data entry skills to update inventory records accurately
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Secondary or ITE education
- 1 to 2 years of related store or warehouse working experience
