Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns.
- Actively promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
- Understand the features and benefits of the products sold in the store.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary we welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
- Previous retail experience (1 year) is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
