About the role:
Support prep, service, and cleanliness in a no pork, no lard kitchen.
Key duties
- Prep ingredients and run the service line.
- Follow halal handling: separate tools, labels, storage, simple logs.
- Cashiering and customer service during peak hours.
- Cleaning schedules opening/closing checklists.
- Receive deliveries and rotate stock (FIFO).
Requirements
- Prior F&B experience is a plus (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player able to stand during shifts.
- Good command of English & Malay.
