Job Description

  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and issue Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements in ZOHO Inventory, including receiving, issuing, transfers, and stock adjustments
  • Prepare, load, deliver, and collect customer orders, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery
  • Verify delivery documents and obtain proof of delivery where required
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory discrepancies
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained
  • Follow company safety procedures and comply with traffic regulations during deliveries
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification
  • Possess a valid Singapore driving licence
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, or delivery operations is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use ZOHO Inventory or other inventory management systems
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely,
