Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Store Assistant & Technician Assistant . This role involves assisting customers in-store, providing product guidance, and performing bicycle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting bicycles, accessories, and services

• Provide expert advice on bicycles, gears, and riding tips

• Perform bicycle assembly, maintenance, and repairs

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming

• Manage inventory and restock items as needed

• Support sales reporting and daily store operations

Requirements:

• Passion for cycling and knowledge of bicycles

• Previous experience in bicycle repair/maintenance is preferred

• Customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills for order and inventory management
