Job Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Inventory
- Manage daily store operations, including cycle counts, quarterly stock takes, and annual inventory activities.
- Conduct weekly price-tagging activities to ensure accurate pricing and product information.
- Prepare operational reports and provide administrative support to the Store Manager.
Back Office & Administration
- Coordinate back-office operations, including data entry, product receiving, invoice verification, and discrepancy resolution in collaboration with the regional logistics team.
- Provide administrative support, including roster planning, leave administration, petty cash management, pantry and stationery replenishment, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee uniforms, including ordering, issuance, alterations, collection, exchanges, and disposal.
After-Sales & Customer Support
- Manage after-sales service activities, including repair coordination, shipment arrangements, repair follow-ups, and timely updates to the sales team.
- Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, repairs, and exchanges, and direct calls to the relevant Client Advisors when required.
- Assist Client Advisors with payment processing, packaging, and gift wrapping to support sales activities.
Vendor & Facilities Coordination
- Liaise with IT and system vendors to resolve issues related to payment terminals, telephones, tablets, printers, computers, and other store equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors on store maintenance, including permits, licences, renovations, and other operational requirements, while keeping the Store Manager updated.
Events & Team Support
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and retail procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment is an advantage.
