Working Location: Changi / Tuas / Sembawang Naval Base
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (OT may required on Weekend)
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a Team of Stocktakers.
- Plan the Stocktake schedule, to complete within a year for the inventories residing in Changi and Tuas Naval Warehouse, as well as RSN Unit stocktaking
- Co-ordinate to Authority to generate the list of items for stocktaking every month basing on the schedules.
- Lead a Team of Stocktakers to create Stocktake PI in Authority System, Enterprise System (ES) and ensure PI interface / create in Warehouse Management System, WMS.
- Lead the Team of Stocktakers to perform physical count and enter count thru the WMS, as well as physical count at RSN Units/Ships.
- Monitor and ensure completed PI are interfaced / entered count in the ES.
- Liaise with Authority POC to generate the SD List (Discrepancies listing)
- Liaise with Warehouse Team to perform verification and resolve discrepancies.
- Compile Monthly and Annual Stocktake Report for submission.
- Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by Site / Program Lead.
Requirement:
- Minimally graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Minimally 3 Year's related experience
