Stewarding Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

Restaurants & Bars:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
. Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel.
. Ensure restaurant kitchen have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shift
. Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food reparation areas as instructed by chef
. On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
. Flexibility to work in any of the 4 hotels (Maxwell Reserve Duxton Reserve The Vagabond Club The Serangoon House)
. Adaptability/Flexibility to accommodate other department needs including but not limited to luggage/F&B/Housekeeping.
. Any other duties / tasks as requested by management
