Stewarding (Dishwasher) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding areas, and storage spaces.
- Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Assist in the proper storage and organization of cleaned items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and operational tasks when required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in stewarding or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment.
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
