Job Summary

Join EC STEM Education as an Early Childhood Educator, delivering engaging STEM lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence in children while supporting curriculum development and operational tasks in a dynamic, full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate classroom activities that guide and support children to create meaningful learning moments
  • Inspire confidence, curiosity, and joy in students through engaging teaching methods
  • Adapt smoothly to daily changes and maintain a positive, flexible attitude throughout the day
  • Improvise and solve problems promptly to ensure continuous learning flow
  • Craft, refine, and improve lesson plans and curriculum to enhance educational outcomes
  • Balance teaching responsibilities with administrative, sales, and operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain energetic and active engagement when working with children to foster a stimulating learning environment
  • Commit to a full-time role as a valued member of the EC STEM Education team

Required competencies and certifications

Candidate shall hold L2 Certification in Early Childhood with 3‑4 years N2‑K2 teaching experience. Must be passionate, patient, hands‑on and creative, capable of planning engaging lessons, developing learning materials & teaching aids to create fun, meaningful learning for young children. Positive attitude, strong responsibility and genuine love for children are required.
