Steel Supervisor (Shipyard/ Overseas/ 6 days)

Responsibilities

. Supervise daily steel fabrication and erectionactivities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings andspecifications.

. Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce all HSEpolicies on work sites.

. Distribute work assignments to foremen, fitters,and welders, monitoring daily progress against production targets.

. Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors for jointfit-up and weld visual inspections.

. Ensure dimensional accuracy/requirements areconstantly monitored

. Ensure proper housekeeping and equipmentupkeeping in the assigned work areas.

. Track daily manpower attendance and manageovertime requests.

Requirements

. Technical certificate or Diploma weldinginspector certifications (e.g., CSWIP) is a plus.

. At least 5-8 years working experience as astructural/steel supervisor in a shipyard.

. Basic computer skills for daily reporting andemail communication.

. Able to work in Batam, Indonesia Full time
