STEEL REINFORCEMENT WORKER

Drawing Interpretation and Detailing: Carefully review construction drawings, understand the engineering reinforcement design requirements, and perform reinforcement cutting, preparation, and detailing according to the drawings.

Processing and Fabrication: Use machinery (such as reinforcement cutters and bending machines) to remove rust, straighten, cut, and bend the reinforcement, ensuring that the processed dimensions meet design and specification requirements.

Construction, Installation, and Binding:Lay, install, and bind the processed reinforcement at the designated locations on the construction site to form a reinforcement framework.

Connection and Securement: Be responsible for the welding, mechanical connection, or binding of reinforcement joints, ensuring that the joint positions and lap lengths meet specifications, and strictly prohibiting loosening or deformation.

Quality Inspection: Self-inspect the steel grade, diameter, number of bars, spacing, location, and protective layer thickness of the reinforcement to ensure compliance with engineering quality acceptance specifications.

Material Management: Rationally control the consumption and loss of reinforcement on site, and properly stack raw materials and semi-finished products.

Safe Construction:Wear protective equipment (earplugs, dust masks, etc.), follow high-altitude operation safety regulations, and ensure an orderly and safe work site.
