Steel Manager (Shipyard/ 6 days/ Overseas)

Responsibilities

. Directand manage all shipyard steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erectionprocesses to ensure timely project delivery.

. Developand implement efficient steel production schedules in line with overallobjectives

. Ensureall steelworks comply with Class society standards, client specifications, andQA/QC requirements.

. Optimizeresource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximizeproductivity and minimize wastage.

. Workclosely with the HSE department to enforce strict safety protocols and fosterstrong culture on work sites

. Manageand evaluate the performance of Steel Supervisors and sub-contractors'workforce

Requirements

. Bachelor'sdegree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.

. Atleast 8-10 years working experience in a relevant shipyard management role.

. Proficiencyin MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

. Ableto work in Batam, Indonesia Full time
