Stall Supervisor

The Stall Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stall, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role also involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Requirements-

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Prepared to stand long hours and extended work hours based on order demand
• Candidate must be responsible and self-motivated
• Good organizing and time management skills, supervise and direct kitchen team
• Good knowledge of food products, able to plan a menu based on event types and on its nutritional values
