Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and provide service support
- Serve food and beverages
- Operate POS system and handle cashiering
- Maintain stall cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food and drink preparation
- Follow SOPs for service standards and operations
- Support opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Team player with good service attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication skills
Working Hours
- 12-hour shift (including 2-hour break)
- 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM
- 6-day work week
- 1 rest day per week (rostered)
Salary Information
- Monthly Salary: $2,200 - $3,000
Breakdown
- Basic Salary: $2,200
- Store Bonus: $500 - $800 (subject to KPI)
- AWS (13th month bonus)
- Variable Bonus (performance-based)
