Job Summary
You will collaborate with environmental hygiene and compliance teams to manage water quality results, driving effective stakeholder engagement and supporting compliance investigations to uphold environmental public health standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead communication with licensees and registered owners/operators to address feedback and enquiries, ensuring clear and timely resolution
- Facilitate pre-implementation briefings and manage post-implementation enquiries during transition periods to support smooth operational changes
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues impacting stakeholders, enhancing system reliability
- Assist compliance teams by extracting and consolidating supporting documentation to facilitate thorough investigations of Environmental Public Health Act (EPHA) violations
- Process ongoing monthly cases related to failed results, non-submissions, and stakeholder feedback to maintain compliance standards
- Consolidate and report system issues to support continuous system enhancements
- Retrieve and cross-reference information to support accurate compliance management and enforcement actions
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
- Good interpersonal communication skills
Salary: $20 to $22 per hour
