Must have prior experience in the nightlife and entertainment industry
Responsible for the day-to-day management of performers
Managing and overseeing all aspects of an event, from start to finish
Negotiating contracts to secure performers for events
Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all services are provided as agreed upon and within budget
Making sure that all operations run smoothly, including scheduling rehearsals and performances and making sure that all technical elements are working properly
Overseeing marketing efforts such as creating advertisements or organizing promotional events
Help to develop and implement marketing strategies that reach target audiences through all channels, including print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, live events and public relations campaigns
Managing the budget and working with event planners, designers, and other professionals to create an event that is within the budget guidelines
Interact with customers for feedback on customer satisfaction and make necessary improvements
Must have a strong repertoire of mandarin songs. Knowledge of mandarin dialects is essential
Able to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays
