Stage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage show timelines, cue calls and ensure performances start and end on schedule
• Conduct pre-show checks on all stage and backstage equipment and props
• Handle real-time problem-solving and quick decision-making during live shows
• Maintain a clean and organized stage and backstage area at all times
• Coordinate with operation manager to ensure smooth transitions during entertainment sets
• Keep detailed performance logs and update weekly/monthly show schedules
• Ensure all performers and crew adhere to house rules, safety protocols and performance standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stage manager, production assistant or similar role in the entertainment or nightlife industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and coordinate a team under pressure
• Ability to work late evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of stage gear
