STAGE MANAGER

Stage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee daily stage operations and performance schedules.

. Coordinate with singers, dancers, DJs, and technical staff to ensure smooth transitions

. Conduct pre-show checks on lighting, sound, and stage setup.

. Ensure performers are briefed on call times, stage cues, and program flow.

. Manage backstage areas, props, costumes, and equipment.

. Liaise with lighting and sound technicians to execute cues accurately and on time.

. Handle real-time adjustments or emergencies during shows to minimize disruptions.

. Communicate performance updates and issues to the Club Manager or Entertainment Director.

. Maintain a professional and safe stage environment at all times.

. Oversee stage cleanup and equipment storage after each event or show.

Requirements:

. At least 2 years of relevant experience in nightlife, F&B, or hospitality management.

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Good understanding of Singapore's nightlife and entertainment regulations.

. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.

. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will have an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clientele and staff).
