Stage Artistic Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide artistic direction and guidance for all stage performances, shows, and events.
• Collaborate with performers, choreographers, and production staff to develop creative concepts and presentations.
• Review and refine performances to ensure high standards of quality, entertainment value, and audience engagement.
• Advise on set design, lighting, sound, costumes, and overall stage aesthetics to maximize impact.
• Monitor and evaluate performances, providing constructive feedback to enhance future shows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor entertainment offerings to innovate and improve shows.
• Assist in planning and executing special events or promotional performances to attract new audiences.
• Ensure all stage activities comply with safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stage director, production director, or similar role in entertainment, theatre, or live events.
• Strong creative vision with an eye for artistic detail and audience appeal.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of performers, production staff, and management.
• Knowledge of stage production, lighting, sound, and choreography is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and tight schedules.
• Familiar with Mandopop and Chinese entertainment industry is a bonus.
