Job Description
- Develop and manage medium- to long-term workforce and staffing plans
- Align talent supply with project demand, sales pipeline, and growth priorities
- Partner with stakeholders to close staffing gaps and optimise deployment
- Drive utilisation, reduce bench time, and improve billable headcount efficiency
- Support pre-sales by identifying and positioning relevant talent profiles
- Maintain strong governance across staffing processes, tools, and data integrity
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D on hiring and upskilling plans
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing within technology or services environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilisation tracking and workforce metrics
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organisations with evolving priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office, advanced excel and ATS
