Job Description

  • Develop and manage medium- to long-term workforce and staffing plans
  • Align talent supply with project demand, sales pipeline, and growth priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders to close staffing gaps and optimise deployment
  • Drive utilisation, reduce bench time, and improve billable headcount efficiency
  • Support pre-sales by identifying and positioning relevant talent profiles
  • Maintain strong governance across staffing processes, tools, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D on hiring and upskilling plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing within technology or services environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilisation tracking and workforce metrics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organisations with evolving priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office, advanced excel and ATS
