As a Staff Water Engineer, you will be responsible for...

• Leading UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region
• Driving alignment of O&M practices across all sites
• Leading cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation
• Reviewing and optimizing PM and predictive maintenance programs
• Providing technical leadership during system failures or major incidents
• Conducting hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.
• Reviewing and approving technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.

What you already have...

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience
• Must Have Technical Skills
• Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations
• Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization
• Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration
• Performance benchmarking and data-driven decision making
