We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Specialist in Operation Planning & Controlling to join our team.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage capacity planning through bottleneck modelling for accurate delivery fulfilment
- Provide monthly utilization on equipment usage to Finance for Idle cost calculation
- Oversee investment planning (setup business case, ramp profile, justification) & present to Backend Board
- Liaise with various business divisions on planning systematic, reporting & joint investment
- Support yearly target cost roadmap planning
- Provide area and invest in yearly long-term roadmap in Min Max alignment
- Oversee asset transactions, cycle count management & asset audit support
- Establish synergy within the team and streamline planning processes
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business Management with min 8 years of working experience in Backend Semiconductor Assembly / Test manufacturing environment / in a manufacturing planning position
- Proactive and able to work independently yet a strong team player
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast changing and dynamic environment
- Good analytical skills in data analysis (Microsoft excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
