Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, and Spring Boot
- Create and consume RESTful APIs, and manage integrations with MongoDB and MySQL
- Integrate and prototype with GenAI technologies such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude
- Collaborate on AI-enhanced solutions like chatbots, document analyzers, or recommendation engines
- Handle light DevOps using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Cognito, S3)
- Support observability using AWS CloudWatch and Canary
- Use CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins; write automation scripts (Python, Shell)
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 7+ years in full-stack development across frontend and backend technologies
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Hands-on integration with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude etc.)
- Familiarity with AWS and DevOps best practices (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Strong understanding of software design, secure coding, and agile delivery
Additional Preferred Skills
- AWS Certification.
- Exposure to GenAI frameworks like LangChain or similar.
- Passion for experimentation and AI-enabled innovation.
