- Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure process stability, risk mitigation, and customer/regulatory compliance
- Conduct process and layered audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions
- Strengthen in-process control gates and drive Zero Defects culture across operations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives including defect reduction, QCC, CIP, and Poka-Yoke implementation
- Drive and validate 8D, RCA, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, and process verification activities
- Review and approve SBL, SYL, OOC, and OOS events
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 27001, ISO 15408, and ESD S20.20
- Support customer audits, internal audits, and automotive quality program requirements
- Maintain quality documentation including Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and MSA deliverables
- Develop QA digital workflows, databases, and traceability systems
- Track departmental KPIs and report quality performance to management
- Train QA teams on SOPs, customer requirements, and quality standards
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in QA/QC within semiconductor, wafer fabrication, or automotive manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor quality systems and auditing processes
Experience with
- 8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- APQP & PPAP Core Tools
- ESD S20.20 compliance
- Certified Auditor qualifications (ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO27001/ VDA6.3 / VDA6.5) preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
