Job Summary
Micron Technology is looking for a dynamic Staff Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of shaping Micron's workforce by driving high-impact hiring initiatives and leading recruitment programs that align with our business priorities. Main Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Recruitment: Own full cycle hiring for critical roles across diverse functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Drive Programs & Projects: Lead recruitment programs and initiatives that support Micron's talent strategy, from planning to execution
Partner & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners, providing market insights and recruitment consultation, understanding headcount needs and developing talent attraction strategies
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize market intelligence and recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies and outcomes
Champion Inclusion: Advocate for inclusive & skills-first hiring practices
Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate data in the recruiting system and uphold regulatory and policy standards throughout the recruitment process
Mentor & Elevate: Guide junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements that enhance team performance
Other Responsibilities
Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with People Services to ensure a seamless candidate experience from interviews to onboarding.
Support employer branding and talent engagement through events and outreach initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
At least 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors.
Proven expertise in program/project management and stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision making
Strong proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
Resilient and adaptable in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred / Desirable Skills
Experience in semiconductor industry.
Exposure to campus recruitment & employer branding is advantageous.
Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and compliance standards.
Familiarity with audits (RBA, IATF, ISO), AI-powered recruitment tools or digital hiring platforms.

Coordinates pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, security clearances, and employment processing, including visas. Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintains college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects including agency performance. Professionals at the higher levels may function as technical specialists, sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, usually requiring extensive search. May work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search, and internet sourcing tools.
