Staff Product Owner - Quality Management System

As a SMAI Product Owner in Quality Management System, you will contribute in developing Assembly & Test I4.0 Quality solutions, including:

Job description

• Conduct diagnostic and understand gaps and areas of improvement in current process/way of working

• Work with I4.0 solution end users to design & define requirements and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 Quality initiatives, e.g., inline deviation detection and management, Microvision Video Analytics system, etc.

• Develop business case, including impact validation, ROI of potential solutions and prioritize & propose projects for implementation

• Ensure optimization and standardization of business processes leveraging central team business partners to allow I4.0 solutions to be scaled sustainably across sites

• Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams

• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system interfaces and capabilities

• Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.

Requirements

• The candidate is required to have at least 5 years of work experience

• The candidate must have diploma or bachelor's degree or above

• The candidate must be majored in computer science, information technology or other engineering courses

• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

  Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
