Job Summary

We are looking for a highly strategic and forward-thinking Staff / Principal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is not a transactional recruiting role—this individual operates as a trusted business advisor and talent strategist, shaping hiring outcomes in a complex, fast-evolving environment.

In this role, you will lead hiring strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and drive critical talent programs aligned with business priorities. You will apply strong judgment, calculated risk-taking, and data-driven decision-making to navigate ambiguity and accelerate hiring outcomes.

Success in this role requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence, while leveraging AI, digital tools, and innovative approaches to elevate hiring effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Advisory & Decision-Making

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, shaping workforce and hiring strategies
  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to assess hiring trade-offs, risks, and opportunities
  • Make informed decisions in ambiguous situations, including prioritization, candidate calibration, and hiring outcomes
  • Challenge traditional approaches and introduce innovative talent strategies aligned with business needs

Stakeholder Management & Influence

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners
  • Influence decision-making through data, market insights, and structured recommendations
  • Lead complex stakeholder discussions, aligning diverse perspectives to drive timely outcomes
  • Manage expectations effectively, particularly in high-demand or constrained talent markets

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment programs and initiatives, from strategy to execution
  • Operate as a program owner, ensuring alignment to hiring goals, timelines, and quality outcomes
  • Demonstrate ability to lead without authority, engaging cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, scale hiring models, and enhance recruiter productivity

AI & Digital-Driven Recruiting

  • Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and decision-making
  • Demonstrate strong digital fluency and adaptability to emerging technologies and tools
  • Integrate data, talent intelligence, and insights into hiring strategies and stakeholder discussions
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement using AI-enabled solutions

End-to-End Talent Delivery

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across engineering, manufacturing, and technical functions
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for priority skillsets
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience, strong hiring outcomes, and compliance with policies
  • Utilize market data and hiring metrics to continuously optimize results

Other Responsibilities

  • Support employer branding, campus engagement, and talent outreach initiatives
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to capability building within the TA team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HRBP, onboarding, compliance) to ensure seamless hiring processes
  • Maintain high integrity in data, reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and inclusive hiring practices

Candidate Profile

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated strategic impact
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or high-tech industries preferred
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, program leadership, and hiring delivery

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruiting and talent strategy development
  • Proven program and project management capability, including managing complex hiring initiatives
  • Strong data literacy – ability to interpret hiring metrics, market insights, and talent trends
  • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled platforms)
  • Demonstrated AI & digital recruiting capabilities (e.g., AI sourcing tools, automation, digital talent intelligence)

Must-Have Soft Skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and take calculated risks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability using data and insights
  • Ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across teams
  • High resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments

Highly Preferred Skills
