Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Engineers to achieve operational and project objectives.
- Design, develop, validate, and implement semiconductor test programs and test methodologies to ensure products meet datasheet specifications.
- Drive continuous process improvements, test optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and yield enhancement activities.
- Conduct product feasibility studies and provide technical support during new product introduction and qualification phases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to develop effective testing solutions and address technical challenges.
- Benchmark, evaluate, and engage third-party suppliers for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions and new technology implementation.
- Support high-volume manufacturing by ensuring robust test coverage, equipment readiness, and production efficiency.
- Manage engineering resources, support cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Mentor, develop, and build technical capabilities within the engineering team through coaching and structured development plans
Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline.
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor test development, product engineering, or related engineering functions.
. Prior leadership or people management experience is highly preferred.
. Strong knowledge of semiconductor test development and production test methodologies.
. Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and semiconductor test processes.
. Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), test program development, and qualification activities.
. Strong understanding of yield improvement, statistical analysis, quality principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
