Job Description & Requirements
- Play a central role in providing nursing care to our residents
- Work closely with doctors and the multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care to our residents
- Evaluate residents response to care interventions and recommend revision of care plan as needed
- Work with AHP and/or initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing plan
- Prepare clinical documentation and ensure they are up-to-date
- Prepare and administer medication to residents and comply with safe medication practices
- Participate in training and development of staff
- Supervise a team of care staff
- Work with Nurse Manager to conduct quality assurance activities to ensure quality of nursing care
- Deal with emergency situation and react promptly where necessary
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- A team player and able to work with staff of all levels and from different nationalities
- Diplomatic in managing residents next-of-kin
