Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse - National University Polyclinic

The job holder is responsible for providing nursing care and patient education in collaboration with the other healthcare professionals within and across institutions in accordance with established policies and procedures, and Singapore Nursing Board nursing practice and competency standards. This includes holistic assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, engaging patients, family members and/ or caregivers to promote patient health outcomes and wellness.

Requirements:

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

. Registered Nurse.

. Post-basic/ Advanced Diploma in a relevant nursing speciality is an advantage.
