Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse (ICU)

Job Description:

• Assist patients in their daily assisted living needs
• Medication serving (PO/IM/ IV)
• Follow doctors rounds
• Taking reports of patients
• Work with healthcare professionals to provide the best multidisciplinary care to patients
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes
• Taking and passing of patient reports
• other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience
• Registration with the Nursing Board
• Able to multitask and communicate well with patients
