Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dedicated team as a nursing professional, where you will provide exceptional care and support to residents in need. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals while working collaboratively with a passionate team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure service excellence to residents. Develop, evaluate, and adapt care plans based on the residents needs and health indicators. Conduct regular health assessments and maintain meticulous records of residents wellbeing. Supervise and mentor staff to uphold caregiving and nursing standards. Administer first aid and emergency care, including CPR and wound dressing. Collaborate with social workers to assess and manage resident cases. Support medical professionals during patient examinations and monitor medical treatments. Maintain medication inventories, ensuring proper storage and documentation. Foster positive relationships with clients and partners to ensure continuity of care. Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the facility and oversee equipment maintenance. Assist in organizing events and promote volunteer engagement.

Requirements

  • Recognized university degree or Diploma in Nursing must be a State Registered Nurse. A minimum of 5 years to 10 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with the disabled or elderly. Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create care plans. Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and direct staff. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer literacy to manage documentation and records. Self-motivated, resourceful, and a strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
