You will manage vascular access devices (including Port-a-Caths, PICC lines, and CVCs), monitor patients closely for infusion reactions or adverse drug effects, and conduct prompt symptom management and pain assessments. You will collaborate closely with medical oncologists, clinical pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver tailored care plans.
