Staff Nurse (Office Hours)

Job Description:

• Monitoring the patient during the treatment and procedures and providing nursing care as needed.
• Prepare for patient appointment by obtaining required information such as lab results, medical record and other information as required.
• Pre-screening dDeliver direct nursing care to patients during treatments and medical procedures.

• Monitor patients vital signs and clinical condition before, during, and after procedures.

• Prepare patients for scheduled appointments by reviewing medical records, laboratory results, and care plans.

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and pre-screening activities, including venepuncture.

• Assist doctors and allied health professionals during examinations, treatments, and procedures.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols.

• Provide patient education, reassurance, and post-procedure care instructions.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and update patient records promptly.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and clinical governance standards.

• Participate in teamwork, handovers, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.uties such as drawing blood.
• Assist medical providers during treatment and procedures.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
