Staff Nurse (Nursing Home)

Our client is one of the leading players in the healthcare industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Staff Nurse to join their Nursing team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located Islandwide.

The Responsibilities for Staff Nurse are:

• Apply clinical judgement and critical thinking skills when delivering resident care
• Deliver holistic care by working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Promoting and facilitating continuity of care throughout hospitalization
• Liaise with residents and healthcare professionals to effectively communicate on the care plan
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered with SNB
• Valid BCLs certification
• Preferably Registered Nurse with experience in nursing home
