Staff Nurse

Job Description

• Responsible for the safe delivery of care and clinical decisions to all residents
• Render clinical care and nursing procedures, including proper assessment of residents, administration of medications, and injections, performing complex wound dressings and monitoring of vital signs.
• Responsible for the ordering, packing and preparation of the daily medications for all the residents

Requirement

- Diploma in Nursing

- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

- Relevant post-basic qualification

- Interested in rehabilitative and geriatric care and enjoys working with the elderly

- At least 1 year of working experience

- Pleasant and cheerful disposition with good communication skills
