Staff Nurse (Locum)

Job Description

• Undertake nursing duties (i.e. phlebotomy, subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, simple wound dressings)
• Perform frontline operations of the clinic including patient registration, triage, payments, booking of appointments.
• Perform administrative duties that are pertinent to clinic operations and service standards.
• Provide support to the Doctor.
• Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems.
• Ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Manage patient case notes, including maintenance of a current and accurate filing system.
• Ensure a high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Prior knowledge in using Plato and SGiMed would be an advantage
• Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
