Staff Nurse II

Roles & Responsibilities

You will provide a high standard of care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, including educating patients and caregivers.You will also orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences. In addition, you will assist in resource management as well as participate actively in quality improvement projects to improve patientcare delivery.

Requirements

. Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution

. Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Able to perform 3 rotating shifts

. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
