Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and monitor patients conditions
- Administer medications and carry out treatments
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on care and recovery
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in Nursing.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Prior experience working in tertiary hospitals.
